The passion of a lifetime
For as long as remember, my mother has been using culinary art as a form of seduction. I was raised among bowls and spoons, with the scent of melted butter and listening to the bubbling sounds of sabayon and caramels in the pans. As a result of this alchemy there were unforgettable cakes and the best brigadeiros in the world every time a party took place in our house. It didn’t take long for me to learn that food equals love and when my son was born, I found the motivation to put into practice everything I had learned. Many friends loved my creations and I came to the conclusion that if love and sugar are a match made in heaven, it would be a pity not to share all this sweetness with everyone. The result is here. I hope you like it.
The brigadeiros are made of condensed milk, Belgian chocolate, whipped cream, butter and a whole bunch of love.
These are homemade cakes like the ones your grandma used to bake (and you used to love). Flour, butter, sugar, eggs and a pinch of longing...
